Everything you need to know about We Love Cake
We’ve been baking cake since 1946, so we have perfected our recipes and honed our skills. All of our cake are therefore lovingly made, hand finished and taste delicious!
Back in 2002, we decided we didn’t think it was fair that those suffering with allergies, including gluten and dairy, should have to miss out on our baking delights. So, we decided to build the first dedicated gluten, wheat and dairy free bakery in the UK and a brand new product development kitchen next door. We have been pioneers in the market ever since and are founding members of the Gluten Free Industry Association (GFIA).
The cake we love looks good, smells good and tastes divine! If it doesn’t look, smell and taste wonderful, then it’s back to the mixing bowl. We always look for the best quality ingredients we can find and we bake all our cakes using much the same ingredients and methods you would at home, just on a larger scale – using bigger mixing bowls and baking trays!
